Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 66winn online casino platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). 66winn is operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering for a 66winn account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you enter into this binding legal agreement with 66winn. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, between you and 66winn.

66winn reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, website notification, or account message. Your continued use of 66winn Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed of any changes.

Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement:

• "User," "You," "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses 66winn Services.
• "66winn," "We," "Us," "Company" refers to the operator of the online casino platform licensed by PAGCOR.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User on the 66winn platform.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited, held, wagered, or withdrawn through a User's Account.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting opportunity, or other gaming product available through 66winn Services.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for, access, or use 66winn Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 66winn reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts created by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and funds forfeited in accordance with Philippine law.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

66winn Services are intended solely for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and use. Users are prohibited from accessing 66winn Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted. You represent and warrant that your use of 66winn Services does not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use 66winn Services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number
• Email address
• Residential address within the Philippines
• Chosen username and secure password

2.4 Account Verification

66winn employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify user identities and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and additional documentation as requested. Accounts that fail to complete verification within specified timeframes may be suspended or closed. Withdrawals cannot be processed until Account verification is successfully completed.

2.5 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with 66winn. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 66winn reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, forfeit bonuses, and confiscate funds in duplicate accounts. Users discovered operating multiple accounts may be permanently banned from 66winn Services.

2.6 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 66winn remains accurate and up-to-date. You must promptly notify 66winn of any changes to your mobile number, email address, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in account suspension, inability to withdraw funds, or forfeiture of winnings.

Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 66winn will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. You agree to immediately notify 66winn of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. 66winn is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, you must immediately change your password and contact 66winn customer support.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

66winn strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. While optional, 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. Users who do not enable 2FA assume additional risk and may have limited recourse in cases of unauthorized access resulting from credential compromise.

3.4 Suspicious Activity Reporting

Users must report any suspicious activity, unauthorized transactions, or security concerns to 66winn immediately upon discovery. Failure to promptly report security issues may limit 66winn's ability to investigate and remedy the situation, and may affect the User's claim to any disputed funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

66winn accepts deposits via Philippine payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other licensed financial institutions, as well as cryptocurrency transactions. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Payment methods available may vary and 66winn reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict payment options at its discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the issuing bank's processing times. Users are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers. 66winn does not charge deposit fees but cannot control fees imposed by external payment processors.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits are established to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and vary based on account verification status and VIP tier. Users may request temporary or permanent deposit limit adjustments through customer support.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after Account verification is complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements are met. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash withdrawals typically process within 5 minutes; bank transfers process within 24-48 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 1-6 hours depending on blockchain confirmation times. 66winn reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to accounts registered in the User's legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Users must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, alternative methods may be arranged through customer support. Minimum withdrawal amounts typically range from ₱500 to ₱1,000 depending on the payment method.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

66winn maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) policies in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Users must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawing. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or transaction holds pending investigation. 66winn reserves the right to report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities as required by law.

4.7 Dormant Account Fees

Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormant account administration fee of ₱500 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less. Users will be notified via email before dormant account fees are applied. Fees will not reduce account balance below zero.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 Bonus Terms Acceptance

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and rewards offered by 66winn are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be accepted before claiming. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while wagering, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions. Users are responsible for reading and understanding all bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements ranging from 25x to 50x the bonus amount before funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe, usually 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. 5.3 Maximum Bet Restrictions

While active bonus funds are being wagered, maximum bet restrictions apply. Typically, users may not wager more than ₱50 per spin/hand or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Violating maximum bet restrictions may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

66winn reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, using automated betting systems, or any other behavior deemed to constitute bonus abuse. Users found abusing bonuses will have bonuses forfeited, winnings voided, and may face permanent account closure.

5.5 Withdrawal with Active Bonuses

Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus is in progress will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Only funds deposited from personal sources will remain available for withdrawal.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each Game offered by 66winn operates according to specific rules available within the game interface or help section. Users are responsible for understanding game rules before placing wagers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) independently tested by accredited gaming laboratories. 66winn does not control or influence game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Technical Issues and Disputes

In the event of technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 66winn reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stake amounts. If a game displays an incorrect outcome, payout, or error message due to technical issues, the correct outcome as recorded on 66winn's servers shall prevail. Users experiencing technical issues should immediately contact customer support and cease playing until the issue is resolved.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

Users must play all games fairly and in good faith. Prohibited activities include using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or errors, colluding with other players, employing advantage play techniques that exploit technical deficiencies, or any other activity that gives users an unfair advantage. Violation of fair play policies will result in account closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds.

6.4 Live Dealer Game Rules

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules governing player conduct. Users must treat dealers and other players respectfully. Abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate ejection from live dealer tables and potential account suspension. Dealer decisions on game outcomes are final and binding unless a clear and obvious error is demonstrated.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials available through 66winn Services are the property of 66winn or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use 66winn Services for personal entertainment purposes only.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from 66winn Services except as specifically permitted. Unauthorized use of 66winn's intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or account verification
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using 66winn Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using 66winn for money laundering
• Colluding with other users to gain unfair advantages
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical issues for personal gain
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise 66winn systems
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening 66winn staff or other users
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes in bad faith
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to third parties

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 66winn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use 66winn Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other losses, even if 66winn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

66winn is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, payment processor delays, software bugs, server outages, or any circumstances beyond 66winn's reasonable control. Users acknowledge that online gaming involves risk and that losses are possible and expected.

In no event shall 66winn's total liability to any user for all claims arising from or related to the use of 66winn Services exceed the amount of funds in the user's account at the time the claim arose.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to 66winn Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of any legal disputes.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of any dispute between a user and 66winn, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Users should contact 66winn customer support to initiate the dispute resolution process. 66winn will investigate and respond to disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving all necessary information.

10.3 PAGCOR Complaint Procedures

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 66winn, users may file a complaint with PAGCOR's regulatory division in accordance with PAGCOR's established complaint procedures. PAGCOR's decisions on disputes are final and binding on all parties.

10.4 Limitation Period

Users must notify 66winn of any dispute within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims not raised within this timeframe are deemed waived and forever barred.
